Chic, it’s all very well trying to strike a deal, but that all depends on whether Nketia would be remotely interested in coming to Forest. I suspect the combination of wages, de Zerbi, and the difficult choice between living in the South of France or Notts might somehow favour OM

And playing alongside a rapist and woman beater. Very attractive proposition, I can only assume he’ll break his fucking legs in training.

Marseille is rough and the Premier League is where it's at! I didn't say it was likely to happen but if we were interested we have the dosh and he is an English International.

Anyway, on to the predictable Portugal and Brazilian players instead.

    Chicago: Accounting expert.

What’s not to like, breakfast cobs, grim Northern weather (its north of the Watford gap before y’all start) and friendly stewards at all sporting events… I fail to see how the French Riviera could be more attractive,

More a case of being slightly inebriated whilst posting, but given I’m currently in southern Italy, southern will do.

Something that nobody has really adequately explained to me.

We know that the accountants are only buying young players now. For their resale value.

Resale to whom? If all our accountants are only buying young players yet to develop into good ones, where do the older good ones, and ones who have gone up in value, actually go to?

So the middle east end up with all the good players, the American club owners end up with all the cash, and we end up with feeder football at premium cost?

What can they do eh? Rules mean they can't keep good players or the ones you like. Only Jorge's mates. Sorry. Shame the competition is a shadow of what it was.

    Anyone for tennis?

Not you Murray, time to sit down.

Everyone outside the Sky 6 are buying young to sell to the Sky 6 aren't they?

Sky 6 can afford whatever as they have fiddled their way to financial heaven.

Manure looking to buy young. Arsenal/Totteningham looking acutely at resale values. Liverpool largely not in the spending bracket. Shitty not looking to do much business. Chelski already gutted out the quality in favour of a billion overpriced runners.

    Villa?

    Villa?

They all spent money on established players last summer (Havertz, Raya, Maddison, McAllister etc) I wouldn’t count them out of doing so again this summer or in the future.

Are we really going to go the whole window without buying anyone from Man U, Liverpool or Arsenal or even one of their former players? Seems unlikely, unless Militidis is locked in a room somewhere.

I can only mention players that I like that would work for us. These have to be players I have seen play whether it's in real life or on the Television. I would like to quote Mythical Football Manager players but I stopped playing that game ages ago when it got a little too slow in game play and I couldn't play only the computer.

Anyway, who would you like a scouting report on?

Besides we are buying a Brazilian and a Portogeezer. No mention of Prem players that we know of but I do like Anderson who we bought off a prem team so suck it.

    Chicago: Pipeline Baby.
