Adams is right in the sweet spot of players I wouldn't be unhappy if they joined and won't be unhappy if they don't.

I agree we aren't likely to get a proven goalscorer with PL experience, unless it's someone like a Danny Ings type on the slide or we spend a lot on Nketiah or something. We might be able to get another Awoniyi-type from another league though who is better value.
Leaves the way clear for Chuba Akpom or Michy Batshuayi.
