I think Romanos account must have been hacked. It's VLACHODIMOS!

Would genuinely drive him up there myself for free if it would help. I'd check if they wanted Turner at the same time as a free gift.
Martins source also claiming that Newcastle want our Greek keeper.
Drive him there myself springs to mind.
Can’t see the £35m fee being true for Anderson. But the GK may be part of the inflated fee to balance the sheets?
Really is sticking 2 fingers up at PSR. But surely it would be hard to justify anything over £10m for him if they were to investigate.
I'm already on it. Turner's in the back seat too but needs a piss so we may need to stop at the little chef in Wetherby.
Think inflated fees can only be investigated if selling between clubs with the same owner?
The letter recently sent to PL owners/clubs about this was a bit ambiguous. But I believe that you are correct and they were trying to threaten with powers they don't actually have.
Percy says....#nffc state of play: Elliot Anderson having medical now after £35m fee agreed with #nufc. Anthony Elanga set to stay: Forest didn’t want to sell and only ‘swap’ deal considered would have included Minteh. Niakhate & Mangala to Lyon in final stages and will end any PSR fears
35m for Anderson 25m for Vlachodimos is absolutely hilarious and potentially the deal of the century if Anderson is even only as good as Josh Bowler. Vlach is a liability not an asset. I would have been happy if we'd just managed to get him and/or Turner off the books for any or even no sum.
It's the highlight of the football calendar. This end of year spreadsheet based team un-building.
What a time to be alive!
While this is clearly totally bonkers, it does at least mean we are getting ins and outs sorted (in part at least) much earlier in the window and we may actually get our squad together in time for a proper preseason for the first time in a while. It also is front-loading / dispersing the stupidity from the close of the window to now and in a weird sense forcing some if the bigger clubs to give up youth talent which may serve the interests of other clubs I guess and perhaps give the players a bit more opportunity. That's an accident though.
The £35M fee seemed to originate at Sky and they usually quote fees including add one. Could well be £10M upfront with the rest based on conditions.
The fee won't impact PSR as there is only one day of the financial year left, meaning immaterial amortisation.

Impacts PSR for Newcastle.
As ever with football, this is all pretty short sighted. Ha ha, we've tricked FFP by mutually overpaying for academy player. Ooops, now we've got a £7m FFP liability for the next 5 years.
Yes, I was looking at it from our side.
Don't the PSR rules change completely next season? I thought we were moving to this 85% of turnover rule.
What would seem a fair price from Anderson? We can work back from there.
I guess £20m. (Including English tax of £5m- Gareth said he wanted him to play for England) Knock off Newcastle are desperate tax, so say £15m
We pay £30m plus £5m of add ons. Vlach is sold for £15m.
Maybe not egregious enough to get thrown out
