I sincerely hope Miltiadis has lost Michi Batshuayi’s phone number, for example..,

24 goals in 46 games for Fenerbahce, and cost them 3M euros. I can list about a dozen deals we did that were considerably worse than that one would have been.

If tricky thinks Harry Kane is a useless old goal hanger, I fear him watching Batshuayi in a Forest shirt could send him into overdrive and or cause a serious time / space implosion.

Try not to obsess about me. If your own opinions were a bit better you wouldn't have to troll. Final warning. I do not have to tolerate you here.

Because defences in the Turkish Süper Lig are exactly comparable to those in the Premier League, aren’t they? After all, Joe Worrall did a decent enough job on loan at Beşiktaş, by all accounts, but I’m not hearing a massive clamour to reinstate him in our defence.

It’s unprovable, but my guess is that Batshuayi’s Forest career would have been closer to the Divock Origi end of the spectrum than his record at Fenerbaçhe.

Oh come on that was just banter not in any way offensive wasn't it? I'll tone down the banter-o-meter then. Serious point though I don't think you'd enjoy Batshuayi from what my Chelsea friends say.

Broja + Chalobah + 25m for Murillo is a runner. They are good players but have pretty poor injury records and Broja did nothing at Fulham last season. But that is good.

Assuming it goes through that’s 2 decent fees from Lyon. Do they have any links to a certain Greek?

They share an owner (Textor) with Palace.

Wonder the odds on him turning up at Palace on loan in January. That sort of thing really shouldn't be allowed. 🙈

Wouldn't it have been easier to just sell him to Palace if they want him?

Unlikely as Textor has announced he’s looking to sell his Palace stake.

Also worse premier league scoring record for Southampton than Che Adams. But 22 in May, so guess you are buying potential.

Matt Turner subbed at half time of the US / Panama match with injury after he got absolutely clattered in the first half. That won't help with our plans to sell him.

Rumour we’re swapping Elanga for Elliot Anderson. Not sure of the logic there.

He'd be a makeweight wouldn't he? 15M plus player "worth" 15M or something? I like Elanga, and he seems to have good, different, chemistry with MGW, Taiwo and Wood.
