My son's view is he had found a perfect sweet spot at Forest and won't be as good elsewhere.

This has always been true for (some) players leaving forest. As it is for (some) players leaving other clubs. As a general rule it doesn't stop them taking a higher wage/package elsewhere. It's a career.
Enjoy them while you have them. H'ola has been fantastic for us, which is better than the alternative.
Absolutely, it screams very much of Djed Spence and if/when he goes he’ll never hit the heights he has here. But he’ll be richer and that’s what it’s all about.
Aina is staying. At least I would hope so. I think signing Ola and Woody with neco would be good January business. We are still after a striker but I think that is it, so we need to keep the squad happy. Elanga seems happier. Ola is hugely popular in the dressing room. Sources at the club say that they are working towards new contracts for Chris and our glorious Right back...
Let's hope we make this work before spunking money on a sexy Baggio signing.
Chicago: Confident.
That was a emotional rollercoaster of a first 9 words.
Chic could make saying 'good morning' an emotional rollercoaster.
Actually, he often does.
I'm not convinced that money will be the primary motivator for Aina, we're in serious contention for Europe and I don't think the discrepancy between what we'd be willing to pay him and what someone else would will be sufficiently great to motivate him to move. I accept there might be other factors at play, but I think we can compete financially.
Wood might be a different proposition, if he gets a fuck you offer from Saudi I couldn't begrudge him taking it as it will be his last major contract. But he's played most of his career in the top flight, so he's probably fairly well set already.
He's supposed to be getting 100k a week with us, so he should be well set, relatively at least.
There's minimal career work in football back in NZ as a pundit.
