Reading online, WHU fans reckon even the one thing he's good at disappeared after a couple of months and Bowen ended up taking most of their set pieces because he was better. Ward-Prowse didn't score a single goal from a FK for them.

Barry Girtles will at least be happy if it goes through. He was banging on last pre-season about how Forest should be targeting Ward-Prowse after Southampton were relegated.

Wiki also tells me that he scored direct from a corner against Wolves in April, so not entirely barren on the set-piece-goal front.
He played 37 times for West Ham and scored seven times, so I'm also not sure I'm buying this line that his time in east London was a failure (which seems to be prevalent on the socials, for what they're worth).
