JWP is a class act and we could do with someone who could pass. As for our style of play he's not going to be bursting forward on the break, but he could be slotting the through balls forwards that Cho, Elanga, Awoniyi and others can latch on to. The only player we have who can really do play those balls at the moment is MGW (perhaps Anderson but we'll have to see) and that is a we'll known concentration risk. It would also be a positive to have someone other than MGW take free-kicks and corners now and then.

Just read the article, apparently Feyenoord accepted the offer but the player doesn't want to come. You'd think he might have mentioned this a couple of weeks ago and saved everyone all the trouble.
