By a very pleasing set of circumstances I am going to be in Toronto this weekend as previously described, and Facebook has informed me that Youth (of the L&V years) who I haven't seen in an absolute age is currently in Niagara. I dropped him a note to see if he would be in TO this weekend and he already had half a mind on going to the Toronto Trickies meet up to watch the game so I am now planning to do the same. Will be terrific to see him again, although he's far less youthful than he once was.

If anyone’s after a ticket for tomorrow, currently there a few available. Mainly on the front row of the main stand. (Led to believe they have put some more seating in?)

What's the highest attendance at the city ground? Presumably quite a bit higher in the days of standing.

Yes, it's about 50K.

I thought the new seats were the other side on the exec/Clough side?

Think the 1-8 was the last 30k.

I thought so too, not sure how they would put extra row at front of Main Stand as the walkway at the front is the only way to get to the front blocks in the middle.

I’m sure I read somewhere they were doing something to the wall in the main stand. There were a lot of front row tickets available earlier

Odd. Another row or two in front of the exisirng would be a massively restricted view with the dugouts in the way.
