AKA Alex moreno is sad. Emery loves to play with his team on the half way line. They have broken their slump so now seem less likely to give us a pasting. This is the perfect game for Elanga and Cho as the Brummie mumblers leave loads of room at the back to run onto. Also Emi Martinez is a twat and hopefully still injured but I do like to see the expression on his face when we score against him.

Shades of Joe Lolley for this one. It could be 4-4 or 0-0 (because it's Nuno). Keep Ollie Watkins quiet and I think we have this one. Duran won't be playing as the number 9 twice in a week. I think our Serb monster will gobble him up. Villa aren't really a transition side so we shouldn't get caught out at our own game.

So, hopefully a lovely 2-0 win and some momentum as the battle for Europe starts now! Wood and Anderson methinks. Elanga to have a field day racing behind the back line.

    Chicago: Oddly confident.

As far as your insane prediction thread titles go, this isn't the worst you've ever done.

Also no caps lock. Things are definitely looking up.

2-1 Forest. Taiwo schwangs one in off his arse for the winner and knows fuck all about it.

Good to play them on a Saturday in a week they've played away in Europe.

If the centre backs have spent the week perfecting the balance of not leaving too much space in front of them for the Villa midfielders to run into versus too much space behind for Watkins / Duran to run into.
If the full backs have spent the week sorting out with whoever is playing in front of them who goes to the man with the ball and who tracks the runner.
If Yates has spent the week learning not to get sucked to the ball like a moth to the flame.
If Villa are spent from their Leipzig exertions.

Then we will win 2-0, my son.

I might go watch this at the pub with the Toronto Trickies.

Watkins was an injury doubt according to the press conference. Probably gamesmanship.

He came off in their midweek game. Barely a positive though tbh, as it'll been Dhuran plays.

Not starting. Is on the bench.
Our line up looks strong. Elanga/Jota dropped. Nico in

Not sure who our 2nd winger is in that lineup.

    Midfield of:
Yates, Dominguez, Anderson, Hudson Odoi and Gibbs White.

Set up for a scrap. And then goals second half

Probably Anderson, he's played on the side of the three when Nuno wants to go a bit narrower.

Of all the halves of football that Forest have been involved in this season, this has been one of them.

I think chic cursed it by using the word "thriller" in the title.

Took 25 minutes to get going then seemed reluctant to get bodies forward. A lot of effort has gone into getting CHO into crossing positions down the left and it's Wood v 6 in the box.
