Some of you may have seen the recent talk in fitness circles of the potential value of larger daily doses of creatine than the traditionally recommended 5g. I have done the scientific research and gentlemen, if you are going to take the larger doses I recommend splitting it into multiple doses through the day. Don't just double or triple the amount you take in the morning unless you want to spend an hour shitting through the eye of a needle.

    You're welcome.

Considering the rapid transit of nutrition through your gut, it's quite an exemplary effort to remain such a fat cunt.

It's probably a good idea to eat good food instead. Most supplements are unregulated over here in the States and contain shit. Protein powers and Creatine is promoted like it's the second coming. They have been around forever and most have been discovered to not do a thing and contain things that aren't exactly good for you. . Many people have done fine without this nonsense, but again if people want to do this then go right ahead. The gut Biome regulates most things. Eat to keep it happy and eat with variety. Being sensible is not a crime, but in today's day and age of fads and Peter Attia most of these people are promoting their own stuff to sell and most of it is absolutely wank.

    I thank you.

    Chicago: Surprisingly healthy.

I mean, creatine is one of the most heavily researched and widely approved supplements in existence, and literally no scientist or nutritionist says not to take creatine supplements. Likewise, whey protein is literally a subset of milk; unless you're advising people to not drink milk (which I actually don't due to my avoidance of saturated fat in order to keep my cholesterol levels down) then suggesting that creatine supplements and protein powder are some kind of snake oil or boogeyman is kinda bullshit.
