Hope all is well but even a dodgy result doesn’t mean you necessarily need to start looking over your shoulder for Charlie.
I had a regularly irregular heartbeat for around four years without any real problems. They initially tried beta blockers, no positive impact, they stopped them after I nearly fell down stairs due to being so dizzy.
Ironically Covid seems to have solved it. Stopped commuting and flying every couple of weeks and when I had a check up at the end of the year it was back to normal.
One amusing incident came when I was in our gp surgery, my heartbeat is naturally slow (typically around 47 bpm) and the machine they used for bp and pulse was missing every third beat due to the arrhythmia so they measured ca. 30bpm and refused to allow me to leave the surgery. After about thirty minutes they found someone who could measure it manually and realised that what I was telling them was going on was true.
