In medical news the above message was sent whilst I was sat in the waiting room before for my colonoscopy, now home with a clean bill of health and with 5 years before the next.
My only complaint, not offered a cup of tea post procedure instead it was water or orange juice.

The Medical testing and longevity stuff went swimmingly. Turns out I am in optimal health for a 20 year old let alone a 54 year old. The only problem being the two discs in my back fusing and compressing my sciatic nerve which is not fun let me tell you. They just shot me with steroids for free and it is doing much better thank you. Turns out you can buy over the counter stuff too which will help if I have more issues before the fucking discs eventually fuse. The cost of these over the counter muthafcukas? 1 euro and 86 cents. Fucking rip off!!!

Had a full health MOT done. All blood tests good, liver and kidney function good, no issues with cholesterol or blood sugar. Also had a chest x-ray to check lungs. The doctor was laughing at the notes that came back from the x-ray, pointing out that I was missing a rib and had nodules on my lungs. The nodules are scars from my illness and I'm pretty well aware of the missing rib.
