The managerial merry-go-round

Has Cooper been seen in public since he was sacked? Maybe he's had a hair transplant and got that eyelid fixed.

My dad maintains the garden next door and he has not seen him.

I really want Cooper to have a good career. I'd hate to see him as a one-time Premier League manager. Leicester is as good a job as he's going to get and in order for him to progress he'll need to ace it.

I also want Leicester to be humiliated and relegated and crash and burn, so... It's difficult.

I hope he fails miserably and is roundly booed on a regular basis by their fickle fan base and is sacked very soon. I hope his whole tenure there is as miserable as it could possibly be.

Happy for him to pick his career up at Stoke or Sunderland after but this needs to badly fail.

It seems like a not great job for either of them to take. Starting on a points deduction, with probably their best player sold this summer, and limited funds with which to bolster the squad, means that there's a very decent chance it goes badly wrong. For Cooper in particular there's a strong risk of being branded a guy who can't cut it in the top flight.

Speaking of Leicester, their new ticket prices look mental. Do we charge this much? 55 quid for the cheapest adult ticket?

Really torn on this one. It has the whiff of Peter Taylor going to Derby. I do want the best for Cooper. But I dislike Leicester more than I do Derby so can only hope for failure. Maybe this will be like Clough at Leeds…and he will then go on to greater glory somewhere else?
