Sky says that Cooper is a done deal.

Fuck him then, the Gollum faced cunt. I hope they get no more than 11 pts and take Derby’s shitty crown.

Although it could be a masterplan to destroy Fester once and for all.

Wonder if he will try to buy Chris Woods off us for 20+

Could do with the PSR money and also Fester will be in the mire anyway.

    Sweeeet.

Without Wood's goals we would be playing Derby next season, so it may not be crazy if he did.

I think this is a good job for him. If he gets a points deduction and loses their best players expectations are going to be very low and fourth from bottom would be considered a major success. That should suit him.

As long he doesn't fist pump. That would be too much.

Be reet. They'd need to win first.

They quickly turned on Ranieri after doing the impossible. They turned on Rodgers not long after the FA Cup win and were booing Maresca after a defeat away at Bristol City towards the end of last season. They aren’t going to be cutting ‘forest scum’ Cooper much slack.

I like Cooper an awful lot, but not enough to be happy if they manage to get above zero points.

Sweaties lead but I object to that being labeled as an own goal. An own goal is when a ball that isn't going in is played into the goal by a defending player; if a shot on target goes off a defending player, no matter how much it is caused to deviate, it is a deflection and the goal belongs to the attacking player who struck it.

Correct. The attacking player doesn't shoot on target, no goal happens. Lots of goals get some sort of deflection. It doesn't mean they weren't scored by the striker of the ball. No shot. No goal.

Definitely not an o.g…. but what the fuck was Schär doing? The keeper had a simple catch

  • Sevenpanorama_fish_eye

I was assuming it was given as an own goal as the defending was so shit. He did actually kick it in rather than deflect. But still, if on target it’s the attackers goal.

Good defending by the scotchlander there. I've often tried to induce a challenge that looks like a possible head injury, to take the heat out of defending a set piece.

    Taking one for the team.
