Highest first innings score to lose by an innings?
Highest first innings score to lose by an innings?
No team has ever scored over 550 and lost by an innings before
England's men learning from the women. 83/1 to 116/6 in five overs.
Blame me. I started watching at 83 for 1.
The Hundred franchises are going for large sums.

Maranakis was linked with the Trent Rockets franchise presently which is yet to be auctioned off.
Marinakis was interested in the end and Ted Boehly has bought a stake in the Rockets.
If the England women had the sense to rebrand losing, as the men have done with Bazball, maybe no-one would be complaining about them being unfit and unable to catch.
Knew England should have boycotted this game.
Tom Banton set a new record score for Somerset of 344* beating Justin Langer's previous record of 342, and I'm surprised to learn that Marcus Trescothick didn't hold this record.
Notts seem to be going along nicely this season.
Jimmy Anderson is Lancashire's very own James Vardy; desperate team at the bottom counting on a veteran to save them.
Zak Crawley half century against Zimbabwe secures his place for the Ashes, I expect.
Non zero chance Stokes declares tonight.
We have been saying similar. 5pm would be nice so I see a little bowling.
Given the way the weather looks, I'd be more aiming for the bat all day tomorrow approach.
All day tomorrow is too much. They could lose Saturday and it's only a four day test.
Why bat for two days when it's a four day test and we want to win?
Because they will be knackered and demoralised, and the weather will be more overcast.
Why give them the best of the weather tomorrow? They should be able to take more time out of the game, and we would have to bat again anyway.
..all day. Have a run at them in the evening obviously.
England already have 374. Get that to somewhere in the 500-550 (first session tomorrow) and it'll probably be enough.
Plus we want to give the new bowlers the hardest possible test to see what they've got.
So are you thinking we just do one innings each I guess?
