Got to work early to get a head start. No real snow yet (but if they got this 'skittering' down south it would be headline news I'm sure)
Hopefully it will have been the usual fuss about nothing and the trains will all run fine.

Woke up at 5.15 with cramp, which was a bit annoying as I didn’t go to bed until after midnight on account of being at the game. Calf still hurts and may have another spasm at some point soon.
Left the game at FT, along with a lot of other people, listened to the second half of ET in the car and pens at home. Asleep just after 11 and woke up without an alarm just after 6.20.
I get that at night sometimes. It's the worst. I end up screaming for my wife to lift my legs up and help stretch it out.
Try having a banana before you go to sleep. You could even try eating one.
I left early b for the Burnley cup game earlier this season. And then they scored at the end which meant I didn’t miss the the ET.
One of the best tactical early leaves ever.
Woke up at 5.30 and 7.30 - no idea why - but got back to sleep both times. Was about to get up at 10 when Gary cat arrived to pin me to the bed for an hour.
05:30 today. It's usual, but I'd have liked to wake up later as I'm tired
I woke up around 8:20 and did emails in bed for 45 minutes while my wife brought me coffee. You early risers are weird.
Since Little Miss BW came along, I am no longer able to sleep in. I wake every day before my alarm goes off at 6.30am (office day) or 6.50am (WFH), and weekends not much better. She's 10, so has obviously been sleeping through the night for years and doesn't wake up unless she's ill.
Irritating, and don't recall it being n the parenting manual. It's not the only thing...
Some people work better in the morning. I can't get my head into work once it's gone 6pm.
That's because you're waking up too early.
When it's 5am in Nottingham it's 9am in Nigeria so I need to be up then to help my prince mate out with his money woes.
Alarm at 6. Woke at 545 to the sound of heavy rain, so binned the run til tomorrow, switched off the alarm and stayed asleepish until 7.
Turned the alarm off today and woke up at 6. Had a wash so will head to the gym later, or maybe go for a jog.
I woke up at about 09:30 unaided after 11 and a bit hours deep, coma like undisturbed sleep.
I feel fucking marvellous now.
