Harry Wilson looks to be going Leeds on a free, that's a great signing if it happens.

Supposedly, data wise, last season looks like a bit of a freak. There's a chance they give him huge wages, a long contract, and he's not that good.

Would you rather have Harry Wilson, or Ndoye or Bakwa?

That's a crap comparison. It's very different situations.

Next season Wilson will probably be better than them. But he'll be on huge wages and will have pretty much zero sell on value in 2-3 years time. I bet he goes on a free to the Championship.

There's a chance in a couple of years we are able to sell Bakwa or N'Doye for decent money and I bet they will be/are on much lower wages than Wilson will get at Leeds.

Celtic turned down £25m from Nottingham Forest in January for midfielder Arne Engels but are now open to offers for the 22-year-old Belgium midfielder, with Crystal Palace and Borussia Dortmund also interested. (Football Insider)

Carl Rushworth the latest goalkeeper to be linked
(Coventry reportedly ended their pursuit and going for Ramsdale for £18m as he looks to add to his record of relegations)

Sadly Spurs look like they'll probably get their shit together this season. They've already signed van Hecke from Brighton and it sounds like they're close to a deal for Fernandes.

My only real hope was that De Zerbi wouldn't be able to save them last season, and Villa gifted them that. He's a top coach, I reckon, and they wouldn't have got him without the promise of real money, and it looks like they are spending sensibly.
    Yes, I'm disappointed.

That would be the end of Netz. Which is a shame because there's so much wordplay still to play with that name.

I guess if he's with us next season, if we haven't signed any more keepers, he could have a go in Netz.

If he did I think it would be a guaranteed Netz loss.
Also I suspect Vitor isn't familiar with Central Television's early 80s output, but hopefully he would terminate the left back's goalkeeping stint with 'Netz pretend is at an end'.
And if he got tangled up in the goal someone would have to fish Netz out.

    Yes, I'll fuck off now.

Good player and would be an exciting signing but would be asking a lot to expect him to step into Anderson's shoes.

Regarding Archie Brown - feels a bit late to picking up players who Derby were forced to let go during their financial issues. Was aware of him as an English player when we played Fenerbahce (but not the Derby link) but don't remember him doing much in the games.

I don't think we need to worry too much about this. Nobody is going to be able to step into Anderson's shoes because he's a generational talent.

I still maintain it's more fun being the fan of a provincial club, but it's always a bit shit when a really good player comes along because you know he won't be around long.

I'm happier to have players worth pillaging in the Premier than having dog shite in Championship.

Watching Anderson has been a joy. Same for Gibbs White, Murillo, Williams.
Also liked watching Elanga make opposition defenders cry.
