Looking at FBRef, Weah seems like a wingback (i.e. great attacking numbers, mediocre defending numbers for a fullback; great defending numbers, shite attacking numbers for a winger). Combined with our huge number of defenders, wonder whether we're looking to play more with a back three next season.

I do think the mystery around CHO's contract isn't that great. We got him really cheap, which probably means we matched his Chelsea wages and they would be really high (for us). If we offer him a new contract, it probably would have to be more than he's already on and that probably sets a bar for the rest of the squad that we don't feel able to.

In other news, Omobamidele to Strasbourg confirmed. Probably not physical enough for the premier league based on the little we saw of him.
