Brighton are signing that Greek striker from Oly for £34M. If he's that good I'm not sure why we weren't involved.

Because left hand paying right hand that much money doesn’t help him in the end, at a guess.

    Apparently the lad's only 17, that's quite a punt.

That's a good effort to bang out a multi million footballer that young.

(Possibly) our three boys all named in the Botafogo squad for the world club thingy. They play Seattle Sounders at 3am on Monday morning, if anyone has trouble sleeping (or lives in a helpful timezone).

3pm Monday sounds pretty good to me

Hmm. I was hoping they wouldn't be tbh. Suggests it's not as done a deal as we've been led to believe or we'd have insisted they don't play. Some good performances and we might find other clubs suddenly trying to gazump us.

I thought that the latest was the left-back was going to Brighton.

And hadn't Jesus already done his big farewell?

We might have signed deals, but part of the deal was them playing in the world club cup. South Americans are into that sort of thing.

General rule: Don't rely on a transfer until you see the player running around in your kit, in a competitive game. Sometimes later.

I believe Igor Jesus and Jair are signed. The left/wing back isn't totally yet but the general concensus is that he will still come to us. I think Brighton offering him more may have slowed down the process somewhat.

The reason the deal was so reasonable was because we would allow them to play in the Club World cup thingy.

    Anyway, we shall see.

Spuds interested in MGW and Elanga. Thomas Frank is still playing his games I see.

Important summer for the club. Personally I have a lot of books to read after blowing all our money on laying concrete in the back garden and buying an outdoor infra red sauna.

Chicago: Too busy for stress snd Pie.

Actually it's because Mr Marinakis has hacked John Textors phone and has pictures of his d*ck that he's threatening to sell on the dark web.

Why be afraid of what you can't see?

Wirtz to Liverpool sounds like a done deal, and supposedly Leverkusen want Kluivert from Bournemouth as his replacement.

A lot of turnover at Bournemouth this summer potentially. Big changes at Brentford too. Will be interesting to see how they cope.

Leverkusen also linked to McAtee at City, who we are supposed to be interested in.

Seems we might have moved on to Oscar Bobb.
