    On this basis I'm in.

You have to think that young homegrown talent will look at what we've done with the likes of MGW and Anderson and reckon there are much worse moves than Forest.

Though really, unless City have FFP concerns, they'll probably want to keep him. He's played quite alot this year.

But we have leverage if they want MGW

Marginal I'd say as MGW wants to go there and once a player wants to leave they normally do.

Is this a FACT? Not seen anything to suggest he does (he’s a Man U fan after all) but then I haven’t really been looking so it’s quite possible I’ve missed this nugget.

He'd walk into the England squad playing for Citeh reserves.

He'll go if they want him. The end.

I took Romano's tweet with the personal terms reference to indicate it.

'Manchester City plan to advance on Morgan Gibbs-White deal in the next weeks as he remains one of the priority targets.

No issues are expected on personal terms but work to do with Nottingham Forest as they still hope to keep MGW."

Sounds like Huijsen to Real is a done deal, good to see Bournemouth being weakened. There was also a rumour that we are interested in Evanilson although I doubt they'll be keen.

We have officially registered our interest in Liam Delap with Ipswich, whatever that means.

I saw that (and I think we were linked in the summer) but they paid about £40m for him, so how much would we have to pay?

He's done ok there but I've never been so impressed when I've seen him that I can believe he's worth paying £60m+(?) for

Yes agreed. I'm not convinced that this and the Wissa thing aren't at least in part the club exorcising some residual annoyance at those tinpot little outfits trying to buy our best players on the cheap while they were temporarily above us, and reminding them that we're the big boys.

Dean Huijsen moving to Real rules out one possible destination for Murillo.

Has he already gone? We could do with him playing against City

He'll see out the season but the chatter is that it's a done deal.
