Wissa is 29 with one year left on his contract, and is coming off a career best season that he might never repeat. Brennan was the hottest young player outside the Premier League, key to our promotion prospects, and had some time left on his contract.

I'm sure I read the club has the option to trigger another 12 months to summer 2027. His value is definitely waning, given his age, but he's not in gone-on-a-free territory just yet.
