When you say if Newcastle finish above us then the Conference spot is back to the league, why are we significant in that placing?
And if we win the Cup (not just City or Villa) and finish top 6 that would also put an extra Europa League into the league?
I've paid no attention to any of this before, didn't realise League Cup was the Conference League spot.

Was looking at it from our perspective. If Newcastle finish above us, they aren’t going to be outside the CL/Europa league places.
Think I said only Palace winning the cup would mean the europa league place wouldn’t go to 7th place (or 8th or 9th, depending on Villa/Chelsea).

This presumes that only one team gets to do the top spice girl. At one point it was possible for up to seven teams from our league to do the best one.
I'm also fascinated to know who people think the best one is.
I'm sure at one time it was possible for ten team to be getting action. If you are on the yacht, you've got a better than evens chance of getting wet. Not by falling off, either.

ScaryBut if there are 7 places really we should be looking at S-Club. Depending on your life choices a top 4 finish here is pretty important and a top 6 finish is vital, unless you've got a really good spade.
