Well after staying up for 35 hours to get home so i could go to bed at a reasonable hour I couldn't sleep so over 40 hours now and am now back at work with a giant headache. Hopefully Everton don't add to it. Under Dyche I thought the reverse fixture was our easier victory of the season. Now they are drilled by Moyes who has a bit more nouse. They stifled Arsenal who took it out on Real Madrid a few days later so maybe we have the Villa anger in us. I mean I could lent them my newly procured roids? ANGER MISERY YOU'LL SUFFER UNTO ME!!!

Fear not Jim, for yee be a Bellend but the mighty Reds will roar back with another 2-0 win to break another Premier League Hoodoo as we haven't beaten this lot at the City Ground very often.

The Serbinator will eat Beto for breakfast and CHO and Elanga will score too. Wood will also play in this game as he is training this week. I think he may start on the bench because of Tarkowski but I think we see our Kiwi Talisman. I also think a tandem of Neco and the sexy Spaniard...

Back in the hunt for Champ League spots and then the pressure is on for the chasing pack.

CHICAGO!!!!!!!! (C) ingo : Getting back on the Big Red Train.

This has our 3rd consecutive 1-0 home win (and our 6th of the season) written all over it / you heard it here first / insert cliche here etc...

Slightly concerned that no Aina/Wood/Awoniyi leaves us a little on the short side to play Everton.

A tough match but our Mojo is strong.
    3-1
    But would take a point.

Over the next three home games, it'll be interesting to see whether bottom half teams are prepared to give us the ball and, if they do, how the team and crowd copes.

It feels like we have been preparing for that. It was sub-optimal going two down against vanilla, but it did show that we are becoming much better equipped to press teams with more possession, without looking like a leaky sieve.

Fingers crossed. And obviously Everton, Brentford and Leicester are significantly worse teams than Villa (Leicester especially so).

DAB partridge not currently available from my location, so on 103....can't find any info on what will be broadcast where, and will be in the shaven pre-match before I can do anything about it. Good luck to all!

Wood back. Elanga on the bench. The offical X account has Murillo starting, the BBC text guy has Morato starting.

Wood and CHO starting. Moreno in for Aina and Jota in for Elanga, who is on the bench.

I thought Wood may play, he seemed to be in training on EMT earlier this week
