I will also be going. Train down at 15:40. An hour of light work in the pub with a beer, then hit the baby guinness.

Coopers injury reports are mostly written by J K Rowling so I wouldn't be too concerned.

    What they are transphobic?

Well, over the years we've had a lot of men identifying as footballers when they've clearly been nothing of the sort.

Sangara will play in the Danilo role. I am not sure we will have anything resembling wingers but Aina and Tavares may well roam forward.

As long as we press them we will get something. It would be good to continue momentum but also we have to understand we are going to have the ball more tonight so counter attacks may be at a premium.

Will Hendo mark ii be in goal because Turner had a baby?

    Dunno.

Looking forward to it either way Inbetween 22 clients today and the texting hordes because I won’t be able to actually watch it all live.

    Chicago: Not in real time.

Will we have more of the ball? Burnley set up to dominate possession where they can and it was certainly the case in the league cup game. Even though it'll be different teams tonight I can't see their pattern of play changing.

i did think that we might set up for a bit more possession, with more technical forward players, rather than flyers. Then I tried to think who that might be.

Then I thought that we will probably set up broadly the same.

Absolutely no surprise to see 'definitely injured' Elanga named in the starting lineup.

No. More of a surprise to see Elanga, CHO and MGW all starting.

McKenna and Worrall in a flat back 4. Hope Sangaré is as good as they say he is.

I'll be fascinated to see how Hudson-Odoi does tonight. If anyone can motivate a young player who's form has fallen away, it's our Steve.

I predict a feisty 100 minutes with the good guys scraping through 2-1.

This is an interesting line up. It’s also the kind of game that Ryan Yates would enjoy. A little surprised he isn’t starting. I am guessing that we are going to attack with pace to take the lead and then bring on the bruisers.

    Chicago: Hoping for take off.

After a reasonable spell we've done a few stupids in the last few minutes. Montiel is making me nervous.

    Looks potentially red cardy.

Well fuck. Montiel and Worrall done for pace.
