And an outrageously good bit of control and shot from Sosa at the death, denied by an equally outrageously good save. We have such good fucking players.

Showed my daughter the table with us 3rd. She genuinely asked where the other bit of Forest is that makes us bad.

The next run of fixtures is beastly.

    v Newcastle
    @ Arsenal
    v Ipswich
    @ Man City
    @ Man U
    v Villa
    @ Brentford
    v Spurs

It is, but in terms of points haul I'd say we're nearly two-thirds of the way to what we need to survive. Regardless of how giddy we might want to get, that's the ultimate aim each year for starters.

Really nice thing as well as having the points on the board by early November, is that we don't need to fear anyone.

Completely agree, and this team is clearly absolutely brimming with confidence right now. We can and should go into each of those fixtures believing we can compete and win, we just might not average 1.9 ppg from that run.

On the contrary, we're one of the biggest most physical sides in the division, we don't concede and we have the current best striker in the division on form. People fear use and we're horrible to play against. We aren't going down this year.

Pfft. Only one of those teams are currently above us in the league.

It looked to me like someone got a head on that Hudson-Odoi goal. I presume it was a defender since no-one seemed to claim it.
We look proper confident. Hasn't felt like this since the run to promotion.

I see that Sosa was unlucky with a CHO.

David Campbell as the half time interview on the pitch seemed a bit desperate.
