THE SWEEP COULD BE ON!.... (So Not so c- now Resident Floridian...)

Well I guess it wasn't Taiwo's day especially at the end when we had a break and he didn't trust himself and played Yatesy into the corner. We were efficient and should have won by a couple more but I will take it. Nothing Spectacular. If Soton go down then I would like to Poach Walker-Peters and that Dibley fellow who looks pretty damn good.

4 points. A Clean sheet. Gasp should I say it? A Boring win.

Milenkovic was our MOM. If you watched him, he was very very good at getting on things and breaking up plays. We lacked a little in midfield and I thought Anderson wasn't great to be honest. I thought he was okay. Sangare was good until he got rattled/tired. Our fitness seems a little lacking but maybe it's because we were running our arses off after Soton passes. I think in the return leg, yes, High press near their goal. After that, then let them have the ball and save energy.

    Chicago: Stress free.

The Saints preview guy seemed to have zero sense of humour but that explanation makes sense.
I couldn't watch the rest of the video because the Forest fan said the match was no big deal for us since we're going to be in no danger this season.
We're only safe if we win games like this, bub.

Forest win, Derby and Fester lose.
    That'll do, football <nods> that'll do.

Important to get the new kit of to a winning start too. That might sound stupid but footballers are superstitious bastards and it makes a difference. These things can get downward or upward momentum. The Argentina kit we wore last year had a fucking dreadful record. The yellow in our play off season was brilliant. This one has Frank Clark Labatts blue kit potential with highlights. I like it, it's fresh. Now we just need to smash Liverpool with it.

Haven't managed to see a decent replay of the goal yet, but it looked pretty mundane? The stats suggest we were comfortable, but given our historic propensities I'm not inclined to get cocky, kid.

To be fair we spent the first 2 minutes of extra time making substitutions so it was correct.

Southampton are really committed to a style of play they seem very uncomfortable with, they are surely going back down again.

Like the new centre back and feels like we are moving towards being a safer Premier League team, though we need to take more advantage when we are on top in the way we were first half.

Whilst I obviously respect your fairness I have wound up registered disabled due to being immuno-compromised. Clearly I can use this to our benefit I can obviously
use my 'super power' to influence referees to call a halt sooner for the sake of my health

    Wibble.

Having watched MOTD Elanga's 1 on 1 wasn't clear cut by any means.

From Fray’s commentary, that sounded exactly how they set up - the two strikers wide and five at the back. You’d think the plan would have included someone attacking the central areas at some point (either the strikers coming inside or a midfielder breaking forward) but it didn’t seem to transpire.

I’ve no idea why you’d play with wingbacks and then also play BBD and Armstrong wide, unless you were just a shit manager who’s failed upwards because your intended style of play is weirdly fashionable.

Teams in the image of their manager is not a new thing. Russell Martin, whose head seems to have the shape and teeth of a reality TV wannabe, sent out a team with the shape and teeth..... etc, etc.

You hear here Wood shout ANTHONY! afterwards, annoyed he didn't pull it back. Though I think it would have got cut out if he'd tried.
