Motion seconded.
Also on the whole email thing... 'Kind regards'.
What you're essentially saying, is 'Here are my regards. I am kind'.
Which makes you sound a bit of a self aggrandising prick, really.

People who use the expression "rise and grind" forfeit the right to have any further opinion or utterance taken seriously. It's 7am and I'm at the gym, fucking leave me alone. I don't need your cod motivational bollocks.
“Rise and grind” sounds dodgy…unless used in the context of coffee beans.
"Jim grinder"?
Don't type that into your computer pete!
Never heard the phrase used. But it sounds well dodgy.
I've heard it used in the context of both work and the gym.

It's the bro equivalent of "Live Laugh Love".
At my gym is mostly broken equipment. There isn't really much bumming.
My gym is excellent; it's reasonably priced, massive, has an absolute ton of top notch equipment, and is never busy at the times I go. I will miss it when I move.
Still at cotgrave then?
...bit surprised about the bumming.
Oh that's good.
