Also this is why the Premier League and coverage is utter shit. Didn’t go over the game. Didn’t talk about it, just went to Citeh/Arse coverage like we don’t exist. This is indicative of it being a six team league. I really hope we stick it to everyone this season.

Calming down a little: We are not rubbish. I would have laughed myself stupid if we had won that.

Chicago: Rubbing that massive chip on the shoulder.

This has annoyed me. Very little preamble and no post-game. So we can all jerk off to Man City and Arsenal. Don’t choose the game off you are not going to do it justice.

We identified as non-binary. It was enough for a point.
    Take it and run.

    Binary point though.

When it comes to yellow cards, it's 1+1 for our 10. Which adds up.

Having ruminated in the shower (oo-er) I guess that despite being largely outplayed 2nd half we didn't cave in (don't recall Sels having to make a save)(thankfully)(!), fashioned an equaliser and didn't cave with 10. In fact we looked rather more solid with 10. Although I will probably be lying awake tonight thinking of that late Jota / Sosa / CHO butchered chance.
As for the red I winced at the tackle, but relaxed when I saw the ref making the ball signal. I'm don't think he even blew for a foul initially. So what changed? It was of course pretty much in front of their technical area. Reminded me somewhat of Chris Cohen's red at Leed years ago in front of their bench (featuring the cunt's cunt Simon Grayson IIRC).
    Still, unbeaten. Choo choo whimper...
    3-2, we didn't lose 3-2...

That’s pretty funny. Could you imagine what would have happened if he had bagged a winner

    Maybe I should switch coverages..

For balance, nuance and plurality, Sels made a world class beast save from Welbeck when it was 2-1.

Illustrating the nub of it. He's a reasonable keeper. He makes mistakes and we can hopefully do better one day, but not as many as some and his all round game is pretty good. Elements of it are very good. But either way, he will probably not be our first choice keeper after January because his card is marked.

So what is it we want in a keeper? The greeks calmness and organisation, Turners saves, and Sels haircut?

What are you mental? Rhetorical statement. Sel’s haircut is shit. Do we have a goalkeeping coach? Sel’s makes some good saves but his positioning is off. I would be very curious to see what samba would do in the Prem. Great shot stopper. Fabulous passer. Not great on Crosses.

January is going to be interesting. It’s obvious we are after a striker. Are we going for a goalie too? (I am thinking more Kelleher than Maniac probably)…

    Chicago: Looking ahead.

So we should get the goalkeeping coach out, scoping out potential hairdressers, and then all our problems are over?
