Just got back. Bloody wonderful day. The second half was terrific fun. Don’t know what Nuno tweaked at half time but it worked. CHO was much more effective and our whole midfield tightened up. Too busy drinking port now to write more. MotD on shortly. You reds!!

Just seen this. Usually I root for the tipsters v the bookies but none of Ryan's fouls tonight were card worthy. Some of them weren't even fouls. And most of them weren't in 'dangerous areas', if that's even a consideration.

Yates doesn't tend to lunge in. In football parlance he's a get tight professional wrestler / cuddler, mainly from behind. The totting up will always be at the mercy of the ref, which is why he picks up bookings, but I would never bet on him getting a booking.

That was hilarious! Unfortunately my blocking of clients and friends weren’t enough for a blast from the past to get past my firewall. Having a long work day is not optimal for a match when I have to do later viewing. Onana is soooo bad! The two goals in the second half were just comical yet brilliant. Also Bruno being taken off was just mental which meant we were always going to win.

Wow just wow. We weren’t great but they were bloody rubbish at the back. A disjointed victory but happy all the same. Don’t give Shady any credit he almost fcuked it by being a Scouse turnstile jumper.

What’s great is we look almost certainly safe which is very pleasing.. and on top of that sticking it to the pro Utd media who didn’t give us a chance let alone a mention.

We push on to villa who have slump busted so we should be okay.

On the downside. Palarse almost beat Citeh as they had a go against them. I wish we had been so aggressive. Oh well.. onwards and upwards…

I think he has to be really. We're still a fairly newly-promoted club which is punching significantly above its weight at the moment.
