Are we not happy with the keeper? I thought he was OK, not his fault no one followed up for the goal and he made two reasonable saves after that. Couple of misskicks but the kick out of his hands for Sosa was exceptional.

Incredible catalogue of errors for the goal. Defensive midfield 'screen' brushed past. Abbott gets sucked towards the ball. Isak runs into the space Abbott vacates whilst AndyO ball watches and Boly plays him onside. The keeper then channels the lunatic at his biscuit-wristed worst and Boly ball watches as Willock runs in from behind him.
Quite staggering, really.He's been okay. Early days yet. For me he should have done better with the shot that led to the goal.
It's pretty hard to judge after 45 minutes but he hasn't been bad. He looks a bit awkward just by virtue of being so fucking enormous and he should've done better with the goal but he recovered impressively from that (which isn't easy - see the Kenco kid) and he looks like he moves well.
One on one with one of the best strikers in the country 20 seconds into his debut and he saved it. I'll give him a pass if he could have done slightly better with controlling where it ended up.
Fair point. This is a very strong Newcastle 11 from front to back and most of our lads have never even played a professional game in England.
