At a certain Point our roles as slump busters will come into play. We have matches against Citeh and Villa coming up and both by their standards are struggling. Are we going to continue their misery or will Erling Haaland go bastard happy... In mind blowing news, if we beat them, we go above them in the table which would be ace. Maybe Pep will blame the pitch or give us some credit. Maybe his wife scratched him on the nose for signing another two year contract. Spanish people generally don't like the British weather (unless you are Pep Guardiola)..

So we nick a win 1-0. (wonder if CHO will get his mojo back) or we get battered 7-0. Under Nuno we generally don't ger battered. This is a very interesting game. midfield is where the game will be won. Citeh don't have their usual contingent of big bruisers. I hope that both MGW and Anderson are doing okay.

I am actually fascinated to see how this one breaks. The prediction is a tough one but we beat the Red Scouse so who knows...

    Chicago: Decemberist.

Every outcome is definitely possible. Does that help?
FWIW i think we might just get a point (cue 9-0 battering)

Assume Pep is whining about us having an extra days rest?

Wonder whether the unnecessary switch to a back 3/5 on Saturday was a warm up for how we intend to play on Wednesday.

City's slump has to end soon. It's going to be us. It's always us. 6-0 City.

I shall be in attendance thanks to an esteemed member of this parish. My first away game since pre-season at PSV in summer 2023, or, not counting friendlies, the rearranged game at Leeds in April 2023. We lost both.

Fear not. Caught twice on the break, and giving a penalty away once (Walker just can't cope with the speed of the fleet of foot Wood), Shitty can't hold on to their early lead, because they are garbage. They run out well beaten. Peps face looks like a tiger has been toying with him, and the relay teams of midgets, that carry him home on a feather mattress after every game (as per his contract, with the hyper rich oil state. Nobody lives in manchester by choice), have an uncomfortable trip. He tosses and turns all the way through the pyrenees. Pep, is tosser.

Sorry about the midget thing, but it was the petro-dollars wot enabled it. Bad fossil fuel bastards.

First away match at City I won't be able to make, therefore we'll win.

Unsurprisingly this is my view. This time last year I was in Bermuda and watched the 5-0 Fulham game on my iPad. I am shortly landing in Bermuda...

To counter my previous post this is also true for me.

This is on Amazon Prime, as is Spuds on Boxing Day. One month free trials were available when I signed up.

Obviously we will therefore lose both games.

I've just cancelled my Amazon prime. So we should get wins.

    Ying/Yang.

I am doing a business thing therefore of course I got offered tickets. Of course we are going to take it up the Shitty. 3 - 0.

If you get lost in the Triangle does this lift the curse?

Yates on four bookings by the way. Given his reputation, unlikely he'll be treading on eggshells until Brentford in an attempt to get Boxing Day off. Also means we're probably getting closer to an end to that 80-odd year run with a youth graduate (or whatever the definition is) in the matchday squad.

I think the club are aware of this and don’t be surprised to see Abbott on the bench (but obviously not being used) when Yates is unavailable.

I think Nuno has mentioned it and the loan manager definitely did when he was on Forest Focus. But we’ll see.
