One issue I’m facing is that I keep having to re log in on my phone. Admittedly am travelling this week but wondered if there was a setting I can access to give myself longer between log ins?

Yes, when you log into turnstile, tick the "Remember me" box. Then keep using the same browser, don't log out of turnstile, and don't clear your cookies.

    I'm in.

The artist formally known as naboo and redeye. Coming out of retirement because we are in the Premiershipleague. For now. Have been an occasional reader the last 18 months, noticed you're all still cunts.

Returned to the UK last summer with wife and child. Wife released another sprog at Christmas, so I get a bit more beer money child benefit. Living in Wales, but came up for the Manchester United game and saw some old friends. Got me thinking about a return to Nottz.

Authenticator fairly standard in work places nowadays, surprised instructions are needed!

A quick look at the top poster list on the other site in comparison suggests the following haven't registered here, or have done so under a different name:

JP (already said he's giving up)
    BrettWilliams
Richoriginal (already left having decided he had better things to do with his life than spend it with certain unnamed individuals)
    DaveM
    Juanfran
    Karlmark
Donny (has registered but declared that he will not be involved any more as he can't access it on his phone)
    Vennox
    Lloyd Christmas
    Mos (semi-retired)
    Lurker
    RD (retired)
    Ned (retired)
    Dunc

That's the first couple of pages. I'm assuming at least a few have registered on here under new names - any of you want to shed any light?

Mainly all good posters who had something to add. A shame they don’t bother anymore.

Tricky is thinning the herd. Watch out we will be coming for the NHS next!

    What?

In other news this on/off/on house buying condo sale is going to do me in so I will say my early goodbyes now.

    Tossers.

There are a few posters who have adopted new names e.g Jeff Albertson and Jim7 because apparently it's fun for them to make us guess who they are.

I hope that you are known as RC (arsey) in all aspects of your life then?

I find people attached to labels dished out at or near birth are weird. I have at lease four context sensitive names that I respond to on a regular basis....as well as the ad-hoc ones attributed to me on the fly during my day to day activities.

It's not like an establishment authorised name is generally unique, or says anything particularly about you...it's just a label for other peoples convenience. Reclaim your name. Give other people names.

    Embrace freedom.

This coming from the guy who is on record as finding it all too difficult or tiresome to remember people's preferred pronouns.
