I am decidedly not enjoying the ongoing formation experimentation. Constantly binning systems because they failed once is rubbish, and we also keep picking teams which are unbalanced, especially given the squad make-up.
We've finally got winger options, so keep MGW fresh, or let Anderson rest or something.

Yeah, me too. Last time we ate in the WB restaurant we've booked for prematch dinner, Dyche was in there with his family. That's an omen if ever there was one.

Looking forward to the pre-match press conference, so I can get a lengthy breakdown of how the press treated Dyche when he was manager of Everton and Burnley.

I really enjoyed the pre match press conference with Yatesy and Sean. It was funny and natural. Everything that Ange wasn’t. Dyche is even joking around with Ryan when he trying to answer some questions. If they can take that attitude into the game tomorrow then we will cruise to victory. Sean knows his onions and is totally at ease telling everyone where he thinks it went wrong.

I am assuming Jesus is playing. I am also surprised because of the jovial nature of the presser than no-one asked Ryan if he was expecting to start tomorrow to see a reaction. Dyche was waiting for it but the question didn’t come.

Not going to be easy

The best things in life are never easy Loaf, which is unfortunate where your mum is concerned.

As often happens, I end up organising my mates for various things. Four of us wanted to go to the Porto game, so I said I'd sort it out, and I bought the tickets when they went on sale a few weeks ago. Guys all sent me the money. Fast forward to today, and I think ah yeah, I'd better send the tickets to the guys. After 5-10 minutes of searching it dawns on me that something went wrong, and I never bought them. The money hadn't left my account. I had no confirmation email. FUCK. Had to send some awkward messages to the WhatsApp group. Went on the exchange and managed to grab one ticket. Well this is going to be awkward .... but then an absolute miracle I managed to pick-up 3 more over the next 20 minutes. Phew.

Very apt match thread title then.
