I don't think Everton have had their hearing yet?

No, they haven't. Sounds like their hearing is this week.

So some time between now and Christmas then.

    And Man City?

If we can't be two points better than Luton for the rest of the season, we deserve to go down.

Interesting to see now what Everton get.

But nine games to get the 17 points we'd now need to match last season's haul seems impossible. That said, doesn't look like 38 points will be needed this time.

Luton's last-minute equaliser on Saturday looks very valuable to them right now.

Our goal difference is marginally better too. So unless that deteriorates, it's only one extra point that we'll need.

If we do I hope it doesn't go to VAR.

Luton aren't getting more than 32 and probably aren't getting more than 30.

I really wish people would stop bringing up City like it's comparable. It's completely different in multiple ways, and massively more complex.

As long as there's no risk of appeal increasing it, there's no reason not to.

Not really, we cheated a bit, Man City cheated a lot. If they crack on and dish out the appropriate the penalty then us and Luton start celebrating our glorious survivals.

This is like you complaining that you have already been punished for the speeding ticket you got last month while the guy who got caught running the multimillion pound corporate embezzlement scheme last year still hasn't been to court.
