10 points, Johnson delay not a valid reason. SSN main story.

It does take the piss a bit that the FA / commission aren't even following their own timelines for this now. Regs said 7 days after the ending the hearing. It's giving me hope that they are going to go soft on us.

Says they’d notify the club in seven days. Gives some credence to the suggestion they are negotiating around a lesser (or part suspended) deduction in return for not appealing.

Yes. The delay could be that they've told Forest and we're now negotiating a bit. I do think they are going to want to try and do their best to maintain the integrity of the competition - which means getting this all done well before the end of the season.

Alternatively they haven't told Forest yet and are just crap at keeping to their own timelines. If so, you'd think we'd be hammering them on that at any appeal. Invalid verdict or something.

Alternatively the delay could be because they have had to go out and buy a bigger calculator on account of how naughty we have been and boy oh boy are we in the shit.

I wonder if talksport are doing one of their classic phone-ins on the subject?

"Is this the best premier league season for accountancy?"

Looking at that you could argue we are the form team in the bottom 6.

Aren't Everton supposed to be finding out about theirs at the same time? Maybe we're not getting one at all but have been told to keep quiet until they're done negotiating with Everton.

If there is a form team in the bottom 6 it's probably Burnley, but it's all a bunch of one legged men having an arse kicking contest.

    RC and Ingo like this.
