Sels is good, he hasn't seen enough of Miguel to say. I think Davies has changed the headline as I thought an earlier version implied Belshaw was going to give an opinion on who the better of the two but it's not that.

Basically analyses a few goals and saves, primarily from Sels, and talks about technique and explains why they've taken certain decisions and what their thinking will have been in various scenarios and goes through some general stuff about goalkeeping training etc. Belshaw talks well and gives an interesting perspective.

He also pointed out that Miguel did fine, even with the goal, and that fans were a little harsh about that.
I like the idea of Miguel, but you don't drop a keeper in Sels' form.

The latest episode of Forest Focus, preview of the Luton game with one of their fans, is hilarious if you enjoy the misery of supporters of other clubs. I seem to remember the guy he had on last year was annoyingly chirpy, so hopefully it's the same person and he's been ground down by the last 9 months of constant losing (although I'm pretty sure it isn't).

It is a different person - I think the person they had on last time was hated

Just started the Forest Focus pod and there's a new person whose sound is shit and Chief from Barstool who annoys the snot out of me.
Debating whether to persist.

I'm about halfway through. The new girl is pretty average. Hopefully will improve as she does more episodes. I agree Chief also very average.

Chief is a tedious sack of US cliché.

Just found that there are some Horne section podcasts I haven't heard yet.

The latest FF podcast is much more to my taste - Nuno is getting a new contract and all is rosy behind the scenes

Birtles can talk shit, as we know. I have no problem with Michael Temple's output other than him having a slightly irritating habit of drawing air though his teeth every time he finishes a sentence.

Mark on the FF podcast is a real negative Nelly

Even when he's being positive, he sounds like it's all awful. He's been on a bit too often for my taste

Mark is me but more eloquent.

And with a better name.

It must be really exhausting to think like that all the time
