You mean he doesn't mince his words?
If you listen to the podcast regularly, he's often quite positive and with high praise for our recruitment team.

Please do. Then we could all enjoy your reaction after a bunch of 18 year olds lose to Chesterfield this afternoon.
Believe this is a podcast as well as a youtube channel:

90 minutes of Ryan Yates chatting to Jake Humphries?
Latest Forest Focus podcast is their live show; Jemmo was roped in, and he's a bit shit. Provides very little analysis or useful discussion and pointlessly argues with Pete Blackburn.
Makes you miss Birtles.
Jemson is the most self absorbed irritating dickhead, he's the worst of the "let me tell you about my time with Cluffeh" club without any of the success of the rest of them making their living from that. He's basically been dining out on one goal for the last 20 years.

He was a decent player, and he had a knack for scoring in big games, but he played 61 times for the club. (The same as Lyle Taylor and Jamie Ward, two ahead of Ola and Jack Robinson.) It’s impressive he’s still earning off it.
At least they didn’t give him the chance to bang on about being left out of the FA cup final, which was entirely understandable given he hadn’t been in the team that won the semi or had been smashing teams out of sight for the month beforehand.
I think my view of him is slightly softer, because I know he has a genuine affection for the club. After he'd left he remained friends and associated with people still at the club. A lot. Even when the clubs status was diminished. Which is not the same as me going out of my way to listen to him, of course.
Yes he is a bit of a nob, but let he who is without sin.....
I can't help compare him to Macca though, who had a similarly short Forest career defined mostly by a single goal, but who has parlayed that into a social media and speaking presence (not sure I can call it a career) with a far greater degree of grace, humour and humility. I would actively avoid listening to a podcast with Jemson, but I still mourn Macca's work with Matt Forde (who I think I like way more than most seem to).

Similar. I like Forde. I think it's because he also grew up in WB, is a similar age to me, and has fond memories of the same teams as me.
He and Dyson on Rock n Roll football on Absolute Dad Radio are my staple Saturday PM in car entertainment if unfortunate enough to be on domestic driving duties between 2 and 5 PM of a Saturday.
The Forest references are plentiful.
Matt Forde seems really good, but I'm not overexposed to him I suppose
