I feel like everyone thinks Leicester are going to be worse than they actually are.

30 point deduction for serial contravention of financial rules. SSC fails to keep them up by a point. Enhances his reputation and gets a proper job.

    Is the dream.

They’ve had a very poor pre season too. Already Cooper out posts on their forum (not that many wanted him anyway) and talk of protests against the club.

    They’ll probably beat Spurs now.

Not now, voice of reason, rooted in reality.

Nah. Fuck that. It's always been 10 points. With SSC out by Christmas, reputation intact whereby he announces his retirement from league management and instead takes up a pivotal role with the academy where he remains and excels for the next 25 or so years.

Gallagher to Atletico is about to happen for 42M, which seems a bit bonkers. He isn't a 42M player IMO.

And for some reason Barcelona are releasing Ilkay Gundogan a year after they signed him, so he's going back to City on a free.

Assume they don't want to pay his wages.

It was like a 1 year sabbatical. Free transfer both ways.

I think Barcelona need to free up wage cap to register Olmo.

Broja to Ipswich on loan. £30m package if they stay up.

They are making a go of it.

I think Broja is a better gamble than Nketiah.

Injury record would be a worry.

Ipswich are doing some good business.

He has done nothing since his injury, failed loan at Fulham and he only managed 6 goals in his much vaunted breakout season at Soton.

Not at 30M he isn't, that's an absolutely bonkers fee. If they stay up but he doesn't massively contribute, they're saddled with that huge commitment. If I have to gamble I'm taking Nketiah every time, and I'm not especially a fan of Nketiah.

I largely agree, but he's got some potential to improve and increase his value while Nketiah is at the top.
30M is stupid numbers obviously. But that seems normal these days.

Also, I see him as a bad risk to build your team round, but a decent one to compete for a place.
