Fester losing would certainly offset a tinge of disappointment that Portsmud v Oxford ended in a draw.
Just switched on as the Sweds keeper made a fantastic double save.
Cunts.
Still, only a point. Still 1 point from safety, Mud have a game in hand and Fester go there in 2 weeks time.
Lincoln promoted to the Champ.
Leicester haven't been out the relegation zone in weeks. They're in proper trouble. Fingers crossed.
Went to Carlton v Basford as a bit of a last minute decision. Crowd of 570 in NPL Midlands which is very decent, but draw means Carlton drop to second and the playoffs which is a bit of a downer. Good afternoon though catching up with the regulars.
But, but, but, deduction. Not fair. What about Man City and Chelsea?
Etc.
Derby worryingly close to the playoff places. Don’t mind them coming up if we stay up but would be really shit if we swap places.
Can't see them winning the play offs even if they make it.
Been watching the Swansea/Boro game. The left back for Boro reminds me of a new player for us (our shit little game) that I was talking about on thursday to the lad who brought him. "I like him, I like his run", "He's a full-back, will run all day for you.", "Yeah.....chasing his touch."
Their American striker got stretchered off as well. Don't know how much of an impact that has.
I'd prefer Derby and Southampton to get ahead of Wrexham and 'ull. Nothing deeply personal, but bigger traditional clubs (and yet not really that big!).
