Not just a month ago, but for months before. And always from rent-a-gob pundits who take all but a cursory interest in teams outside the top 6. If we go down, they'll be the same ones spunking off throw-away fill-the-airwaves lines like "you can't expect to stay up having changed your manager 3 times".

Just heard a fan of theirs on 5live saying last night was the best they’ve played all season and they are getting players back. Fucking marvellous.
But then this is all our doing and if we’d managed to score v Wolves and Neco hadn’t decided to be a goalkeeper v Palace then we wouldn’t be in such a mess.

It's a bad time to play them. I'm putting $5 on us to win then.

It's easy to play well when you're 5-2 down and have nothing to lose in a Cup situation. Not so easy when a defeat puts you withing spitting distance of relegation.

I know we are struggling to put the ball in the net, but it does feel like the fighting spirit is still there. MOTD seemed to think we were unlucky against Fulham and we didn't lose. I believe we will come good when it matters.
