I don't think anyone is sensibly expecting or wanting Dyche fired now, but other than Tricky I don't think many want to keep him longer. And even Tricky can probably be appeased as long as we find another English manager to satisfy his increasingly obvious middle aged Forest Da mentality of British good, forrins bad, at least when it comes to managers.

I think Dyche made the team selection that he made for reasons...as he likely did, or didn't, make changes when frothy casual bystanders thought that he should, for reasons. Personally I'm more interested in understanding why that might be, than living in an imaginary world where decisions made by fans (who appear not to know the differences between tactics, slection, and performance, and always assume there is a world where their made up ideas lead to better outcomes) take precedence, even when they are clearly operating in an information vacuum.
So I looked at it, and could see very understandable reasons why he set up as he did, and I don't imagine for a moment it's the team that he would have wanted to send out. If you are asking me do I trust his judgement over yours or Guru's, I do. Although equally I would concede that's not true of every manager we've had this season - which is largely why (along with crap overpriced recruitment to the squad that has left it unbalanced with many problems) we are in the position we are in.
On Dyche's watch, we are comfortably mid table....which seems a reasonable rate of return to me, given the dip that we knew was coming after last season, and is quite a good return for the performance levels that I'm seeing with my eyes. That's what managers do. Manage. He's not changing games by how he runs around on the pitch. We have to have 'players' to do that.
