It's more reasonable than Wharton, Garner has been very good. And frankly if Ando is going to lose his spot I'd rather he lost it to Garner than anyone else, partly because I like Garner and partly because I don't want any more fuel on the "you have to play for a Sky club to play for England consistently" fire.
