Seriously, you wouldn’t have to do much diligence to find that out before you decide to lie down with EM. These guys know what they are getting in to. Some of them may have the chutzpah to think they can get the better of him but it’s always unlikely. I’m not buying the theory that Nuno is an angel. He was highly effective for us and then decided he didn’t fancy it any more. Will we ever know whether it was EM, Edu, Agents, fear of unrealistic ambition? There is a norm of hard faced business unpleasantness in the industry. Also a reasonable expectation of competence and basic conduct. Our owner has more than once suggested that the former has been lacking on occasion, particularly with recruitment, and the latter absent.
Oddly, he's not the "worst" owner in the Premier League. But he owns my club so I have to have an utterly hypocritical blind spot.
If I'm not getting the key players I need and I'm being called a cunt, I reckon I'm going to say something eventually.
