City, by the way, have yet to sell out the semi final and are allowing season ticket holders, and anyone who’s bought a ticket since 22/23, to buy four tickets. So clearly struggling to sell (I’m sure if we’d been to Wembley and won as much as them in the last decade, we’d also be struggling).

No pressure Monday then. Hopefully Ange's style of play will suit us a little better than Everton's or Villa's did.

For almost all of the season this has been a nailed on certainty. Unfortunately he's shown some tactical flexibility and pragmatism in the last few games.

Southampton score a late equalizer, meaning that Derby are guaranteed to retain the record even if it might be shared.

An Everton winner looks much more likely to anyone actually watching the game. Honestly, this endless miserable fatalism from some of you lot is starting to get quite wearing.

    Aged like milk.

Although let's focus, we've got a cup semi final to bottle before we worry about missing out on Europe.

It aged just fine. The point stands, it's boring listening to people whose heads are still stuck in League One telling everyone how it's all about to go wrong so they can tell us how they were right.

Nothing to do with being stuck in league one. City have got a load of world class attacking players and a long term track record of getting late wins. Everton hardly ever score.

City drawing (or losing) would have been a bonus - I’m looking at staying ahead of Villa and Chelsea and I still think it’s more likely than not. Even if we lose on Monday - our last five are all more winnable.

It’s not being negative to think Man City would score late in the game at Everton and it’s not being negative to think we will finish behind Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City, Newcastle and Villa given where we are now and the games left to play.

I think we will finish 6th, which will have no bearing on what actually happens.

I think Villa and Newcastle drawing is what we want. I'm not sure what I want though.

Newcastle win is probably the best outcome, I think. Several red cards and mild injuries to key players that keep them out for the next month would also be good.

Have no idea what League One has to do with anything?
