Manure awarded a penalty. It was a dive.

Yeah. Was it a penalty. Sanchez got his fingers to the ball. I mean Chelsea losing is optimal but I guess spam Yoo getting decisions is going to be a thing again.

Anyway fuck Chelsea we are going all the way!!!!!!

    Chicago: still giddy.

Edit: Chelsea equalize so maybe not.

I'm going to Spurs V Villa today. Hoping for a 4-4 draw with ex Forest players scoring many. (Spurs have oddly never drawn at the new ground yet).

Never, ever let the facts get in the way of the truth.

Odd, have heard something like that said. Maybe Ange never has?

Even if it were true, Russ' FACT! is better. Soz.

Jackson at it again. The little cunt. Although Martinez studded Palmer in the knee. Accidental? Nah he’s Argentinian. That was a red.

Watch spam yoo nick a flukey winner. Although that would help us.

The coverage is so biased. Not one mention of us. It really is quite sickening. They keep saying that Utd should be top 4 with Chelsea. I really hope we continue to shock the shit out of this league. Maybe Nuno will use this chip and make it work for us.

    Twats the lot of ‘em.

If Villa and Chelsea had both picked up points today it would have been the first time in football history that the top 5 teams in any domestic league were all former European Cup winners. (This can only happen in England as this is the only country that has 5 or more former European Champions.)

Brilliant trivia. In theory, it could be top 6 teams if Man U pulled their finger out.

Obviously I can't claim credit for figuring it out, I saw it on Reddit.

No team has got more points than us in the last 4 games. No other team has even won both their last 2 games (although Brentford might get there to finish the 10 matches), which seems quite un-Premier Leaguey.

There's been a recent period of squad unbuilding (some teams changing business model in respect of recruitment - eg Chelski), there are some teams reaching the plateau of the product curve, subject to current demotivation (Manshitty, Arsenal), some are transitioning (or just plain crap - manure). Others are subject to new unfamiliar fixture patterns (Villa).

I think we are probably in one of those periods of opportunity that occur biorhytmically. I expect it will settle down, and there will be an improvement from more traditional big hitters.

So you think we’re going to win the league?

I will be disappointed if we don't win the league, but not very much.
I will be progressively more disappointed with every position below second, and logarithmically more disappointed with every position below 12th.

Liverpool will probably win it but, crazy as it seems, top 4 for us is not beyond possible if we have another good window and others continue to self destruct. Winning can become as much of a habit as losing.

Liverpool won't win anything. They are mardy no marks and will drown under the sea of the Bond Villain's sense of entitlement.

    That's all I have really...
