One of the reasons why I didn't want Ange to go there - always a decent chance he was going to get things together for them.

Y'see. I don't really subscribe to this apparent disproportionate Spurz animosity by us and other club supporters.

We have things in common like being uniquely named (as in not a City, a Utd, a Rovers etc), and being prone to occasional bouts of delusions of adequacy, they're not uber cunts like Undead, Wolves or Leed. Or (generally) have a 'footysoccer' interchangeable fanbase like Citeh, Chelsea or Arse and aren't just insufferable on a human level (Scouse).

91 final aside, they're a just a bit, well, Spursy. Meh.

I had just about forgiven them for '91 and then they go and hand Leicester the title by being a bunch of useless choking cunts. So fuck them.

I just liked it that they were under-performing and mediocre, and a club we could aspire to compete against for league position if we continued to get things right and they continued to be mediocre. Purely self-interest, rather than any animosity towards them.

The cnuts cheated us out of a cup final win. And they always seem to want to buy our players. Fuck them.

Chicago: Pretty much hating everyone but Grimsby.

I don't mind Spurs. They have sent a bit of cash our way over the years when we've needed it and they never win anything.

Whilst somewhat amusing as it's Scotland the foul on the keeper to disallow their goal is right up their for worst decision ever. I'd say worse then the Liverpool debacle as they all looked at this and decided it was a foul.

The game is now totally non contact on that basis.

This is the plan for football. Ballet arbitrated by men in a cupboard, with protractors. And it's shit.

This is good enough for me.

According to the BBC the goal was disallowed for offside, not the ‘foul’… although that wasn’t what was said at the time, so might very will be UEFA trying to avoid having to defend the decision or admit the error.

I just saw it. He's clearly offside and clearly interfering with play by being in the position he's in. If they have just given it as a straight foul on the keeper then in isolation that's an incredibly soft decision, but it's absolutely correct to rule the goal out for the offence that he actually committed.

Ever-gone down to ten men against the other Scouse. What ever happened to their FFP violation decision?

Did it get brushed under the carpet again?

Chicago: Hoping for a burning car wreck.

Derby own goal puts them 1-0 down at Shrewsbury.
