The ten years when he's won fuck all, and the opportunity cost of the other players that haven't happened because of him?

Guirassy has been playing the Bundesleiga since 2016 and he scored about 6 in total all season in his first season so errrr no. He also didn't score 8 in his first 6 even this season.

Maybe it’s bollocks but Guirassy’s first Bundesliga season was 22/23 and he scored 2 in his first 6, so he doesn’t beat Kane.

Do you really think Tottenham would have won more without him? We will never know but let's see how many trophies they win over the next 10 years without him and then compare notes.

I've just edited my previous post to acknowledge that's this season, not 1st ever. But he did score 10 in his 1st 6 this season. And following yesterday's hat trick he's up to 13.

I messed that up too, he started in 2016 but he only played 7 games and scored zero.

We are meant to be interested in him, incidentally.

He runs, there doesn't seem to be much back post lurking, and he gets substituted.

    He's no kane.

Has a 17M release clause too apparently. We and Fulham are said to be in the running, could be January's version of CHO / Willian.

I don't have a view. I do know that they won nothing with him. Quite unlucky of them to have the best striker in the world, and win nowt.

    Because of or despite...

Nobody thinks he's the best striker in the world anyway.

As much as I enjoy a good bit of Kane bashing, it does overlook the work the new coach at Spudz is doing.

Torn between hoping they fuck it up royally, and at least it isn’t an oil club.

I hope they fuck it up.

You wont get any argument from me. If you are looking for a false nine cum penalty specialist you could do worse though.

Over the last 10 years, Benzema, Ibrahimovic, C Ronaldo, Mbappe, Haaland already, Suarez, Lewandowski all ahead comfortably (and those are just the ones I can remember). But he's not light years behind that lot and they all played for much bigger and better clubs than Spurs.
(and they didn't make them better they just were already).

Quote from Transworld express on the radiogram just now "the only shot Kane has had on target in the last three games was a penalty".

Has he mistaken the bundesliga for a summer international tournament?

    How many were penalties?
How many penalties did Muller or Lewandowski take in those first six games?

I see that top professionals at the peak of their powers missed an offside in la liga, to incorrectly award Barcelona (who have a history of paying referees for consultancy) a goal.
