It is an outstanding facility (albeit on a dreadful A46 junction) - I assume it is light years ahead of what we have now.

Most Leicester fans I know speak very indifferently about the training complex. They see as symbolic of their demise, has cased many a problem and is seen as a holiday camp. But then Leicester fans aren’t the most rational.
There is definitely an "over-pampered" vibe to Leicester fans thinking about Seagrave. They also did seem to suffer a few hamstring type injuries fairly soon after Seagrave opened which led to people questioining it.
