I think if someone fucks with your hair you should be able to punch them in the face. If you don't they should be sent off.
I also think that any grabbing and pulling of clothing should. You can go shoulder to shoulder with someone, you can physically compete for the space in this way. The moment you use your hands to grab anything it's wresting, not football. Punishing that would solve a lot of problems*.

Seems like West Brom will get a points deduction though. Which seems mental given the time it’s taken for every other club to get a punishment. The EFL seem hell bent on getting this done by the end of the season even though charge has just been made and West Brom are contesting it.
