I see that as soon as Oly got back to 2-1 the ref invented a 2nd yellow card / fell for some play acting to leave Barcelona playing against 10.

Yeah was just watching the highlights. Couldn't believe VAR didn't overturn it.
Worth noting they tried to cancel the 1 goal Olympiacos even scored. They scored ... Then it got called back for a penalty (which they thankfully scored again).
Bent.
Var can't overrule a 2nd yellow can it? Not even for a cunt club like Barcelona.

The Boly rule, as I believe it's known.

What's that you say? It's not there to correct clear and obvious errors, it's just there to re-referee the game?
We've been systematically lied to.
Bayern 3-0 up at HT and cruising. Have they subbed Kane - who has his goal for the evening?
Have they fuck.
Sometimes it's the little things that I like. For example Andy Robertson had a hand in the first three goals. Frankfurt's opener through his legs. Fabulous early first time ball to release Ekitictack. Then a run to block the keeper, so that the near post delivery was effective.
You could say a wide range of involvements. I'd be interested to see how stats could have reflected that better than eyes on the game.
I watched most of Monaco v Spurs. If this is indicative of the kind of football that Frank has them playing I can see why Spurs fans are unhappy, they look like they're going to escape with a point but Monaco have been massively better. Gone is the creativity and pace and incisiveness that Spurs had at their best, now they just look plodding and methodical and lacking in ideas.

That was when Hoddle left for Monaco?
I hope all the Palace fans whining about us stealing their European spot enjoyed their home 1-0 defeat by AEK Larnaca.
Midtierland winning 3-0 in Tel Aviv makes me feel fractionally better about us losing to them. They might actually be half decent.
I have no idea who Go Ahead Eagles are but Villa losing to them is funny because they sound very tinpot.
There's various alternative names for GAE going round but my favourite is Stop Behind Tits.
Wednesday have gone into administration, looks like they'll finally get rid of that clown of an owner.
I think I'd like to see someone be accountable and tell fans of all clubs exactly where they stand inn regard to club ownership.
Are they sporting institutions grown historically out of communities, towns and cities, and the support base being an important and influential stakeholder? Or are they just ordinary business organisations where the owners can do whatever the fuck they like.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I know the answer (it's bad news guys...unless you are a club owner).
I just think it might help a lot of football fans, to ground them back in the real world.

I agree with you on what clubs are now, but not sure it will make much difference to fans to be told this.
Looking forward to the football regulator preventing this from happening in the future.
